Flour type 00 green for gnocchi and fresh pasta

It is indicated for the preparation of fresh pasta and gnocchi.
It is prepared with the ancient method of “extraction” from the slow grinding of selected European, national, American and Canadian wheats. Its excellent quantity of starch and glutine gives this flour smell and taste. It is ideal to prepare dishes of the ancient napolitan tradition ( Sorrentina gnocchi and scialatielli with sea fruits )
