Flour 0 type blue

It is used for direct and indirect pastas.
It comes from the selection of very carefully selected European and national wheats and it can be used for the production of bread and other products with fibres, for small and medium pieces with normal times of growing.
It is good also for biscuits and traditional napolitan sweet ( Taralli, roccoco) and for home-made bread.
