Grinded bran of hard wheat

 

Used for the preparation of grinded bran of hard wheat bread ( Altamura bread ).
It comes from the grinding of the best national and foreign hard wheats.
It is ideal for direct and indirect pastas, its quantity of proteins and features of stability and absorption make it good for the production of oven products and for artigianal hard wheat pasta.

Available in the sizes of kg: 25-50
